1. General Rules & Eligibility
a. This
Contest is governed by the below standard Terms & Conditions,
(hereafter referred to as “T&Cs”). By taking part in this
Contest, participants agree that they have read, understood and
agreed to the T&Cs.
2. Contest Period
a. The Contest runs from 15th April until 30th April 2014.
3. Mechanics
a. Participants must first buy any SYOSS product from Watsons Malaysia with a value over RM15 in a single receipty.
b. Multiple submissions per person per receipt are permitted.
c. Participants must retain the original receipt as proof of purchase until the Winners are determined.
d. Failure to produce this proof of purchase may result in the invalidation of all claims and forfeiture of rights to the Prize.
e. To enter, Participants have to:

-Enter personal details
-Enter the the Watsons receipt number
-Complete the slogan
-Click submit
f. There are no limits to the amount of times a Participant may enter the contest but a different receipt number must be used each time.
h. Submissions received after the end of the Contest Period will be disqualified.
4. Prizes
a. There are a total of 5 Grand Prizes, each being 2 (two) passes to the Jovian Mandagie fashion show on 7th May 2014, 11am, Pullman Hotel Kuala Lumpur Bangsar.
b. Grand Prizes are not exchangeable for cash but may be transferable.
c. The Winners will assume all responsibility and costs that may become payable in excess to the items covered in the Prize, and shall also be responsible to arrange any necessary travel.
5. Selection of Winners
a. A panel of Judges will determine the top 5 best slogans in selecting the Winners.
b. The Judges' decision is final.
6. Notification of Winners
a. At the end of the Contest Period, the Winners' shall be announced on SYOSS Malaysia's Facebook page on 2nd May 2014.
b. The Organizer shall make all attempts to contact the Winner via his/her phone/email.
c. If the winner cannot be contacted within three (3) days, the Prize shall be awarded to the next chosen Participant.
7. Rights of the Organiser
a. The Organiser may at its absolute discretion modify, annul or rescind these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.
b. If for any reason, any aspect of the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Organiser which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, then the Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, or invalidate any affected entries.
c. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or late entries automatically or when authenticity of an entry is questionable.
d. The Organiser may at its sole discretion, disqualify any entries and prohibit further participation in the Contest by any person who tampers with the entry process or with the operation of the Contest or who acts in violation of the T&Cs.
e. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any Prize of similar value without prior notice.
f. The Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative Winner in the event the Organiser has reasonable grounds for believing that the selected Winner has contravened any part of these T&Cs.
g. By participating in this Contest, Participants agree to allow the Organiser to use their names and/or photographs for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade.
h. Acceptance of any Prize shall constitute a release and discharge of the Organizer by the winner from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which the winner may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to: (i) the Contest, (ii) personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the winner (and/or their companions) as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the prize, and/or (iii) any tax liabilities in relation to the Contest, prize and/or use or enjoyment of the same.
i. The Organizer’s decision on any matter concerning the Contest is final, including the determination of the Winners. No correspondences or appeals will be entertained.

solely responsible for the organising and execution of the
Contest.
c. Citizens and residents of Malaysia aged 16 and above (hereafter referred to as the “Participants”) are eligible to enter the Contest. Participants below the age of 18 are required to obtain written approval from parents/guardians to take part in the Contest.
d. The Contest is not open to employees of the Organiser, its distributors, advertising, marketing and sales promotion agencies, and members of their families (spouses, children, grandparents, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, brothers, sisters or first cousins).
